Implementation Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering our comprehensive Talent Management system to clients and ensuring successful onboarding and deployment of our HR Software Solutions.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of Cloud HR, payroll, and expense management solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong technical and communication skills, engaging with clients and technical teams to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and satisfactory implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver our comprehensive Talent Management system to clients
  2. Ensure successful onboarding and deployment of our HR Software Solutions
  3. Manage and document configuration of ELMO systems, where required
Requirements
  • Strong background within a similar role (e.g. consulting experience within a talent management environment)
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts
  • Strong understanding of HR and Talent Management processes
  • Exceptional multitasker who is comfortable working across multiple projects at once
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Undergraduate qualification is preferred
