Personal Care Specialist Needed for Eastern Suburbs

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality personal care services in the homes of our clients from diverse backgrounds in Melbourne.

Job Description:
  • Assist with daily living activities, including showering, grooming, and dressing;
  • Provide domestic support, such as cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry;
  • Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and activity groups using own vehicle;
  • In-home respite and companionship services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support / Disability, or 2nd year + nursing student;
  • A Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance;
  • An NDIS Workers Screening Check;
  • A First Aid Certificate (within 3 years);
  • A CPR Certificate (within 1 year);
  • Minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Patient and compassionate nature;
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a remote team;
  • Dedicated, reliable, honest;
  • Willing to learn and upskill with every opportunity;
  • Must be able to speak Serbian.
