Millys Cafe serves all-day breakfast, freshly baked muffins and quiches, light meals, juicy burgers, and the classics. It's a great place to catch up with friends for a coffee and chat.

We're seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to join our team in a full-time capacity. The role is varied, ensuring a high standard of breakfast for hotel guests, function catering for events, and preparing cafe classics.

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency.
• Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock effectively.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.

• Experience as a chef or short-order cook in a busy kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential.
• Availability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• A competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum.
