The National Business Manager – Grocery position at our company is an exciting opportunity to lead the grocery skincare sales team, drive partnerships, and execute brand and customer strategies across major grocery channels.
About the Role- Lead the national Grocery channel strategy, including management of key accounts such as Woolworths, leading, coaching & developing a NAM.
- Deliver annual sales and trade spend targets, optimising ROI and promotional effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing customers while expanding reach into new accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Supply Chain, and Category teams to execute campaigns and NPD launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective channel strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years' experience in FMCG and / or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven experience managing major grocery accounts and leading teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Circana or similar data platforms; P&L management experience essential.
- Health & Beauty, pharmacy, or grocery channel experience is advantageous.
