Works collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless store operations, provides support as needed, and contributes to a positive work environment.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike;
  • Basic knowledge of office administration software, including invoicing and accounting systems;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations;
  • Forklift licence is highly regarded but not required.
