Key Responsibilities- Store Operations Management: Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service and Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience (2+ Years) as a Senior Store Manager, Multi-Site Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and Team-Building Abilities: Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Customer Service Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
