Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to students, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective solutions to student queries and concerns.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance student services and support.
- Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and initiatives to provide informed advice and support.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and improve student services.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
