Storyteller & Community Liaison

We are passionate about changing lives through education and storytelling. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Storyteller & Community Liaison.
This role involves uncovering stories of resilience and overcoming from our student body, documenting these stories with respect and grace, and sharing them on owned, earned and paid media channels.
As a seasoned storyteller, you will have exceptional writing skills, cultural sensitivity, and knowledge of media hooks and cycles. Your expertise in shaping narrative will inform wider marketing strategy, including messaging on paid media and social media support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or journalism
- At least 3 years' experience in a hands-on marketing/communications/journalism role
- Experience in the Australian Education or Government sector is preferred but not essential
