The OpportunityAs a House Manager, you will lead two homes in the Caboolture and Morayfield region, requiring regular travel between locations. Onboarding and induction will be completed at our head office in Mooloolaba.
Your responsibilities will include managing a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality care for individuals we support, and promoting trauma-informed support and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of support staff to foster a positive, professional and high-performing culture.
- Promote reflective professional dialogue, mentor and develop team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards within the home environment.
- Provide comprehensive assessment and individualised case management to support participants and young people in our care.
- Develop and implement case plans that address individual needs, goals and challenges.
- Conduct ongoing risk and needs assessments to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.
