We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team at Raine & Horne. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales Secretary, Sales Agents, and Property Managers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing telephone calls and emails
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Providing support to the Sales Secretary, Sales Agents, and Property Managers
  • Managing general enquiries and the office area

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and a positive proactive work ethic
  • Previous reception/administration experience preferred, but not essential
  • Computer skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • A positive ”can do” attitude
  • Data entry
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Initiative and ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Able to cope with multi-tasking and keep a calm demeanor
  • A valid Certificate of Registration
  • A passion for Real Estate and people
