Advanced Mental Health Clinical Leader

We are seeking a senior mental health professional to lead and manage our mental health teams.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned clinician and leader to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to enhance service delivery, improve patient outcomes, and drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage mental health teams to deliver high-quality services and meet consumer needs
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to enhance service delivery and drive business objectives
- Collaborate with clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement service improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent healthcare stream
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Meeting compliance requirements - Working with Children check, police check, serology, and immunisation, workplace health and safety questionnaire
