Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the finance, IT, and digital teams, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide high-level strategic advice to the Managing Director and Board on financial and operational matters.
- Oversee the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial and operational management.
- CPA or CA qualifications and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role.
- Proven track record of leading and managing finance, IT, and digital teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Highly developed presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
