About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with ANZ, one of Australia's leading financial institutions. As a S&S Banking Consultant at our Robina branch, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs through open and targeted communication, recommending appropriate options using the agreed sales process.
  • Generate opportunities for deposits and home lending using the agreed sales process.
  • Provide recommendations to the Branch Manager for initiatives to improve sales performance of the store.
  • Process over-the-counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals and transfers) in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Actively promote and support customers in the use of alternative electronic distribution methods for conducting day-to-day banking.
  • Support and demonstrate a risk management culture in line with ANZ's values.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commercial or finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in a retail customer sales & service environment.
  • Analytical skills – ability to develop solutions and courses of action.
  • Attention to detail – accurately checking and processing tasks.
  • Change Management – ability to recognise, understand and support need for change.
  • Commercial Acumen – ability to recognise and implement business strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Communication Skills – ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both oral and written.
