Transformative Knowledge Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Knowledge Management Specialist to drive the adoption of our ServiceNow platform across IT Service Management processes.
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a knowledge management adoption strategy that aligns with business goals, drives engagement, and maximizes the value of ServiceNow as a central knowledge platform.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive KM adoption strategy that integrates with existing business processes and promotes user engagement with ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, service delivery, and internal communications, to embed KM best practices into daily workflows and business processes.
- Monitor usage and engagement metrics within ServiceNow, using insights to refine content, improve discoverability, and inform future campaigns.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, particularly in service delivery environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms, including knowledge base configuration, user engagement strategies, and adoption techniques.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
