Mobile Service Technician

As a key member of our dedicated national service team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service solutions to our customers. This hands-on position involves regular travel to customer sites to perform a variety of service requirements on forklift equipment and other lifting devices.

  • Perform planned maintenance (PMP) and inspections on a range of equipment from light to heavy duty.
  • Conduct new machine builds, modifications, and overhauls as required.

The successful candidate will be part of a great team working out of our Ballarat branch and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people and businesses every day.

Qualifications / Experience

To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • A trade background in automotive mechanics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service relationships and a commitment to providing exceptional service to customers.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
