We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to provide exceptional mobile dietetics services to adults living in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.
About the RoleAs a Dietitian with our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients, improving nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes, and conducting menu and mealtime assessments.
- Providing person-centred dietetics care to all clients
- Helping to improve nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes
- Delivery of educational sessions
- Completing menu and mealtime assessments
- Working closely with external stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality dietetic care
- A commitment to continuous improvement and contemporary best practice
- Completing clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Contributing to team culture including but not limited to actioning values and actively engaging with colleagues
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics
- Current DA registration
- This is a mobile role and a willingness to travel is essential
- Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
- Australian working rights
- Proof of Covid-19 & Current Flu Vaccination
