Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Production Clerk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of the packing room, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Batch reconciliation
  • Management of line standards, retentions, labels, and consumables
  • Processing all stock adjustments
  • Organising stock to go to external contractors
  • Assisting in the preparation of batch sheets for the next day's production
  • Reporting quality issues as required

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to join our team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Strong attention to detail, specifically with documentation and quality assurance
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and juggle multiple deadlines
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • A working knowledge of MS Office and be computer literate
