Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of robust documentation frameworks and consistent execution within the Technology Infrastructure department.

This leadership position will require steering coordination, implementation, and oversight of critical governance components to support ambitious goals.

  • Offer strategic and operational assistance to facilitate Quality Control projects in alignment with EU requirements.
  • Bridge the gap between AD Strategy & different workstreams by breaking down intricate tasks into achievable achievements with defined ownership.
  • Ensure centralized tools (trackers, risk registers, dashboards) provide visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate inputs for regular cadence meetings to maintain accountability across workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates and mentorship to promote consistency across all Quality Control initiatives.
  • Enhance charters and SOPs to explicitly capture controls, reporting obligations, and compliance requirements linked to EU deliverables.
  • Regularly update documentation to reflect changing risks, regulations, and lessons, aligning with EU principles.
