Executive Leadership Coach
Description:This is a key role within the Leadership and Professional Growth Team, reporting directly to the LPG Team Leader.
About The Role:The position is designed to cultivate, develop, and sustain high-quality educational leadership aligned to Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong (CEDoW) strategic objectives through targeted coaching and mentoring programs.
- Develop Assistant Principals and Middle Leaders by providing coaching and mentoring services, promoting reflective practice to guide ongoing professional growth and development.
- Design and implement differentiated coaching pathways aligned to AITSL Standards, supporting executive leadership development from emerging leaders through to senior roles.
- Facilitate structured induction and ongoing coaching programs for school-based executives.
- Evaluate coaching effectiveness by tracking the growth, effectiveness, and impact of school leaders and assessing program outcomes and leadership capacity needs.
- Extensive demonstrated experience leading the development of Middle Leaders in a school environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading coaching and development initiatives.
- Ability to design and implement differentiated coaching pathways.
- Experience facilitating structured induction and ongoing development programs for educational leaders.
This role requires a Working with Children Clearance prior to commencement.
