Early Childhood Educator - Baby Room Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate early childhood educator to lead our baby room and provide exceptional care and education to our young children.

The ideal candidate will have specific training/knowledge of working with babies and children under two years old, ensuring they meet the individual needs of each child. They will foster a nurturing and safe environment, stimulate children's imagination, and contribute to programming and planning.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • A demonstrated interest in children's development and learning
  • A sound understanding of the Early Years Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Child Safe Standards

You must also hold a qualification on the ACECQA-approved early childhood qualifications list or WWCC for DIP and CER3, along with current First Aid and Police Check certificates. Food safety handling and child protection training are also essential.
