We are seeking a Part-Time Spa Host to ensure the smooth operation of our spa reception area. Your duties will include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our spa offerings and retail products, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing administrative support to our spa team.

This part-time position involves approximately 64 hours of work per fortnight.

You will bring:

  • Strong administration experience and proficiency in MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance customer service standards
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible availability across 7 days a week
  • Previous experience in a day spa reception or the beauty industry
  • An understanding of 5-star customer service
  • Knowledge of and/or interest in the Spa, Beauty, and Wellbeing industry
