As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for treating clients with a variety of conditions, including co-morbidities and post-acute care, post-surgical, reconditioning, and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treating clients in their homes with a variety of conditions, including co-morbidities and post-acute care, post-surgical, reconditioning, and rehabilitation
  • Providing personable, high-quality, affordable care to our valued clients in the community
  • Treating injuries, reducing pain, falls, and balance training
  • Providing Collaborative Falls Management Intervention, including Exercise Programs
  • Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders
  • Providing rehabilitation programs to clients using evidence-based practice
