This role requires the right person with up to two years experience in a technical support role, preferably in a help desk environment. If you have exposure to Microsoft products, networking and system administration, with advanced diagnostic and problem solving skills, this could be your next challenge.

Your responsibilities will include providing specialist technical knowledge to employees within the business, assisting in new equipment configuration and infrastructure setups, resolving assigned helpdesk calls and preparing technical documentation as required.

You will also contribute to process improvement activities by investigating new procedures and processes to enhance capabilities of core functions.

Key requirements for this role include strong customer service orientation, ability to organize and prioritize workload and projects, good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, which is commensurate with industry standards and takes into account the complexity of the role and the requirements of the position.
