Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and community-minded professional to lead business development initiatives in our region.

About the Role

The successful applicant will have a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Developing and implementing effective operational strategies for Queensland Country Bank
  • Providing high-quality professional service and support to drive achievement of set goals and objectives

This is a full-time position based on a 38 hour work week, but the successful applicant must be prepared to work outside of these hours if required.

Requirements

To be eligible to apply for this position, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Strong business development skills
  • Leadership experience and skills, with the ability to manage medium to large teams
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management, and conflict resolution
  • A willingness and passion to get involved in the local community
  • Financial Services industry and mortgage lending experience (desirable)
