
Transformative Customer Experience Director

The Customer Experience Leader will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors, monitoring operational activity, and championing innovation and change.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer experience management or customer service leadership, with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of individual contributors in the Customer Experience Centre.
- Monitor operational activity and ensure consistent achievement of operational performance.
- Champion innovation and change, building a culture of continual improvement.
- Enable the success of healthcare professionals and improve patient lives through exceptional leadership.
About the Role
