Our team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychologist to join us in Charleville.

This role involves working with both children and adults, providing high-quality psychological assessments, interventions, and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the mental health and well-being of individuals in a rural-remote community.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adults.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients with a variety of psychological issues.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Offer consultation and training to other professionals and community groups.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in regular supervision and continuing professional development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Current psychology registration with AHPRA.
  • Evidence of ongoing compliance with annual CPD requirements.
  • Proven experience working with both children and adults in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
