About the Role:

This position offers a great chance to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. You will be working closely with our team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Document Management: Organize and track documents to keep project records accurate and accessible.
  • Digital Record Keeping: Maintain financial documents (like timesheets and invoices) and label them in our Document Management System for easy access.
  • Data Entry and Organization: Enter data into Excel, categorize expenses, and maintain accuracy.
  • Excel Magic: Use formulas in Excel to help streamline project data and ensure accuracy.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project timelines, work with team members, and adapt to project needs.
  • Data Analysis: Look for patterns in data, providing insights that could impact our clients' projects.
  • Documentation Preparation: Help prepare and proof applications for government programs, making sure everything is clear and complete.
What We're Looking For:
  • A diploma in Accounting or Project Management is an advantage, but relevant experience works too.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project support, cost tracking, or data analysis, ideally in a smaller company.
  • Great attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Solid Excel skills (like using formulas).
  • Brisbane-based with full Australian working rights and able to work from our office.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
