Lead Customer Experience Strategist
">- We're seeking a senior leader to shape the future of virtual banking and elevate customer experiences through strategic design and delivery.
About the Role
">- Drive operational performance disciplines to achieve service level agreements (SLAs) across Virtual Banking.
- Optimize sales and service processes, implementing key performance initiatives.
- Partner with Digital, IT, and external parties to evolve customer engagement across voice, messaging, and digital platforms.
- Implement AI, self-service, and omnichannel solutions for different customer segments.
- Lead change management initiatives, assessing and embedding key changes while driving business transformation.
- Manage risk and compliance effectively, balancing operational effectiveness and fostering a strong risk culture.
Your Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute strategies that drive improvement in Virtual Banking performance, uplift banker engagement, ensure continuous process improvement, and build strong customer advocacy.
- Promote a proactive and results-focused approach, ensuring the organisation stays ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
Requirements
">- A deep understanding of customer excellence, contact centre management, and emerging contact centre technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of customer needs, pain points, emerging technologies, and AI, as well as contact centre operations, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
