Job Description

We're seeking a talented Product Developer to join our team. As a Product Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in developing key ethical and sustainable lifestyle products that our customers love.

You'll work closely with our Buying and Product teams to ensure we're delivering quality products. Your expertise will be crucial in negotiating and managing product expectations, tracking production, managing product schedules, contributing to fittings, and reviewing samples to ensure our products meet standards and frameworks.

As a junior Product Developer, you'll focus on style production, managing production and shipping schedules, approving lab dips, trims, strikes offs, and bulk fabrics, garment measurements and fittings, sample coordination, and technical drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree/qualification in a relevant field of Production, i.e., Fashion, Textiles.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Product Developer role.
  • Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders with confidence.
  • Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand.
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator.
