We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced manager to lead operations, develop and implement customer and business initiatives designed to successfully deliver contracted key performance indicators (KPIs), while maintaining safe and compliant facilities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the vehicle processing centre, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Improve state operational metrics by utilising proven strategic business planning skills while managing risks.
- Plan, lead, and control all processing, yard operational services to consistently meet organisational requirements.
- Manage and deliver agreed business outcomes in a positive and collaborative manner.
- Drive and ambition to grow our culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and lead high performing state team through communication, engagement mentoring and empowerment.
- SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE STATE OPERATIONS TEAM TO DELIVER CONTRACTED KPI'S WITHIN COSTS AND EXPECTATIONS.
- P&L responsibilities with regular review and feedback from executive management.
- Implement strong financial management practices while building measurable stretch financial targets.
A reliable and dedicated person with drive and energy, holding a minimum 5 years operational management experience, preferably in the automotive industry. A critical thinker who is naturally inquisitive, possessing exceptional negotiating and influencing skills, experience managing diverse teams, and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing WA operations based at our Forrestdale site.
Key Responsibilities:
