We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at integratedliving Australia Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing domestic assistance, intimate personal care, and transportation to our clients, while also implementing health and wellbeing initiatives and services that support their care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including household chores and meal preparation
  • Assist with intimate personal care, such as bathing and dressing
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Implement health and wellbeing initiatives and services, such as exercise programs and medication management
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal health and wellbeing outcomes
Requirements
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability, or equivalent
  • Medication assist module desirable
  • Flexible approach to a range of working hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Current driver's license and a registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
  • Confidence in using technology, including smartphones, email, and the internet
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal Record Check
