About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trades Person to join our team at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems as a "Do all" Trades Person for Installation Manufacturing of Revolving Doors at our factory. The successful candidate will install and fabricate our revolving doors from start to finish with a mix of factory and site work as required. Reporting to the Projects Supervisor, the role is responsible for:

  1. Working within the company's Quality guidelines and providing input for continuous improvement initiatives.
  2. Assisting in the occasional deliveries or collections of parts or finished goods.
  3. Attending training and development relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
  4. Ensuring security of the Warehouse environment and maintaining access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are always maintained.
  5. Recording and communicating all shortage issues to the relevant manager.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Installation and fabrication of revolving doors from start to finish.
  • Working with a mix of factory and site work as required.
  • Reporting to the Projects Supervisor.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Construction Industry White card.
  • Trade Qualification preference in a related field of work.
  • Current Forklift License – Not Necessary but favorable.
  • Current Australian driver's license, (Including the ability to drive a manual car).
