Job Description:

Our organization seeks a skilled individual to provide exceptional care and support to residents in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support toileting and continence management for residents.
  • Aid in feeding residents and maintaining their mobility through transferring and lifting.
  • Perform routine tasks such as bed making, cleaning equipment, and distributing clean laundry.
  • Record general observations, contribute to resident assessments, and identify diversional therapy needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work effectively under direction and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and demonstrating empathy towards the elderly.
