Job Summary:

CC Medical is seeking an experienced Allied Health Manager to join our team in Northern Western Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational management to a team of 20 allied health clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to the allied health team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our allied health services.
  • Service Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our allied health services, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals, as well as external stakeholders, such as government agencies and community organizations.
  • Professional Development: Support the professional growth and development of our allied health team members, including training, education, and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rural or remote area.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
