We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Royal Rehab LifeWorks. As a key member of our Physiotherapy Service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered Physiotherapy services to our clients with complex allied health needs.
Key responsibilities include leading and collaborating with a therapeutic support framework to help clients achieve their goals and improve community participation, providing individualized Physiotherapy services, developing and implementing therapy plans, and managing sensitive enquiries and specialist services.
You will also be responsible for supporting new client acquisition, meeting billable hours targets, and developing clinical skills and engaging in personal development.
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and contribute to the growth and development of our Physiotherapy Service.
About YouWe are looking for a passionate and client-focused Senior Physiotherapist who is committed to delivering high-quality Physiotherapy services. You will have a strong background in Physiotherapy, with experience working with people with disabilities and complex support needs.
You will also have demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to provide support and supervision to other staff members. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including problem-solving and negotiation skills, are essential for this role.
