Clinical/Counselling Psychologist Leader

We are seeking an experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to lead our Eating Disorder team in NHS Forth Valley. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, developing the team, and managing a clinical caseload.
Job Description:The postholder will provide leadership to the team, developing it in collaboration with the Clinical Director and the Service Manager. They will also operationally manage two part-time nurse therapists and maintain a clinical caseload. The postholder will be part of the Psychological Services Management Group (PSMG) and responsible for managing waiting times within Eating Disorders, contributing to overarching Psychological Services initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing leadership to the Eating Disorder team
- Developing the team in collaboration with the Clinical Director and the Service Manager
- Operationally managing two part-time nurse therapists
- Maintaining a clinical caseload
- Managing waiting times within Eating Disorders
- Contributing to overarching Psychological Services initiatives
The ideal candidate will have experience working with eating disorders, an understanding of issues relevant to NHS eating disorders and psychological therapies services, proven management and leadership skills, and membership of the PVG Scheme.
