We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the sales of liquor products.

About the Role

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their queries
  • Assisting with the sales of liquor products, including serving customers and handling cash transactions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up the sales floor
  • Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local and imported liquor brands
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • A current accredited RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) qualification
