Liquor Sales Assistant

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our sales team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers with their liquor needs.
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers and answering their queries.
You will need to have a strong knowledge of beverages, including beer, wine and spirits, as well as the ability to lift moderate to heavy loads and stand for long periods.
An accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is a legal requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with their liquor needs, offering product recommendations and information.
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
