Job Title: Patient Care Professional

 

At our residential care facility, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient-centered care that meets the needs of care recipients.
  • Assist residents in leading an active and fulfilling life with as much independence as possible.
  • Serve as a role model for staff, offering guidance and support on clinical best practices for resident care.
  • Report to the Facility Manager and take on specific projects as assigned by the Facility Manager or Clinical Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 12 months' post-registration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in time management.
