Senior Document Review Lawyer-Team Leader

A unique leadership opportunity has arisen for a Senior Document Review Lawyer-Team Leader to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of document review lawyers and paralegals, reporting to the Doc Review Manager.
Your New RoleAs a Senior Document Review Lawyer-Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Instructing, delegating, reviewing, and trouble-shooting work given to and done by document review lawyers and paralegals;
- Indirectly managing technical legal tech staff;
- Liaising with Partners, lawyers, Project Manager, internal and external legal technologists to ensure all work meets cost, quality, and time expectations;
- Assisting the Doc Review Manager with project management, lawyer/paralegal recruitment, training, business development, market intelligence, and national projects.

We are looking for a qualified litigation or corporate lawyer (or ex-lawyer) with 3+ years of practical experience in document review and ediscovery. You should have strong analytical ability, attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills, and experience with legal technology.
