Lead High-Performing Projects

We believe that building great things starts with strong leadership and a clear vision. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets, costs, variations, payment schedules, and all mandatory reporting
  • Identify opportunities, manage risks, plan resources, and ensure safety is embedded into design and delivery
  • Inspire your team, create opportunities for growth, and understand what drives each individual
  • Take full ownership of head contracts, let schedules, and all subcontractor and supplier agreements
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, staying actively engaged to ensure their needs are met and contract conditions are being executed
Requirements:
  • Be a construction management specialist, a leader of people, a manager of performance, and an advocate for safety
  • Own the results of your projects, run them as you would your own business, and get great pride from leading your team
  • Have technical knowledge and excellent people skills, able to drive high performance and provide the right support where needed
  • Be uncompromising in your quality standards, appreciate the importance of systems and processes, and be committed to training and coaching your team
  • Invest in your subcontractors and ensure they hold the same values and safety standards as we do
