Empowering Young People

    We are seeking a Case Worker to join our team in the Family Wellbeing Support Service. The ideal candidate will have experience working with service users who are considered at risk or presenting with early mental health concerns.

    Key responsibilities of this role include conducting assessments to understand service users' needs, developing support plans, and connecting service users with appropriate supports.
