At Queensland Country Credit Union Ltd, we are dedicated to helping our members achieve their financial goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banking Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and educate members on our products and services
  • Manage and process personal and credit card lending, as well as basic mortgage lending
  • Assist the Local Manager with business development and loan processing
  • Organize loan distribution and ensure accurate cheque issuance
  • Train and coach staff to improve sales skills and customer service
  • Own the retention program for the mortgage book
Selection Criteria:
  • Lending experience and sales skills
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
