Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a hands-on financial operations manager to oversee and drive financial operations at a leading local dealership in Townsville. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead a team of two within the accounting department
  • Manage outsourced functions
  • Ensure timely financial reporting

In return for your expertise, you will enjoy a hands-on position in a collaborative and supportive environment, working with a reputable local dealership. Benefits include a salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 plus super, a company car, and a fuel card.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in financial management, with a CPA or CA qualification, or be working towards one. Experience within the automotive industry is highly desirable, but we are open to candidates from all sectors. You will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, excellent organisational and leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
