We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team of clinicians working in Therapeutic Foster Care. This critical role combines clinical expertise with real-world impact, guiding and shaping the care of vulnerable children in our community.

As a specialist clinician, you will work collaboratively with case managers, carer development staff, and other clinical specialists to provide trauma-informed consultation, intervention, and support that empowers carers and uplifts young people.

Your daily tasks may include facilitating reflective practice with care teams, supporting secure attachment between carers and children, or consulting on complex case planning.

You will be part of our highly skilled and values-driven Clinical Services team, making a significant contribution while receiving ongoing support and career development opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in mental health, trauma, and child and adolescent development, as well as a strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and values.

A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is essential, along with current registration as a psychologist with the relevant governing body and a higher degree in psychology at master's level preferred.

Post Graduate training in relevant child, adolescent and family clinical practice, family therapy, and systemic thinking is also highly valued.
