Customer Experience Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize a combination of inbound phone and email-based customer cases and queries
  • Develop excellent rapport with customers over the phone or face-to-face to foster strong relationships
  • Identify complex problems and resolve them or escalate where a resolution may not be achievable
  • Take ownership and be accountable for the resolution of allocated customer cases and queries
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call centre, retail, or hospitality setting
  • Proven ability to resolve complex or ambiguous customer issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to find the best solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service
