Job Overview

The ideal candidate will take on a pivotal role in enhancing lending processes across Agribusiness Banking.

You will collaborate with the team to improve credit quality, increase productivity and reduce processing times for customers. Your leadership skills and extensive experience in agribusiness lending will drive performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership to the Agribusiness Banking division.
  • Develop and mentor Bankers, Relationship Associates and the Lending Assessment team to enhance lending capabilities.
  • Apply expertise to optimise Business & Agri Sales Support team performance.
  • Promote excellent customer service through efficient lending assessment and strong credit analysis skills.
  • Maximise efficiency and enhance service delivery through effective application of Active Ops planning tool Workware+.
Required Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance or related discipline.
  • Experience with Active Ops / Workware planning and methodologies is preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership expertise in agribusiness.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end lending and credit processes.
  • Highly developed coaching and leading skills in high-performing teams.
  • Able to drive continuous improvement approach.
  • Strong customer focus underpinned by growth mindset.
  • Effective communication skills with peers and stakeholders at all levels.
