About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Qualified Diploma Educator to join our team at Eden Academy. As a key member of our centre community, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that empower children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community through engaging conversation and inclusive practices.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting a sense of belonging and connection among team members.
  • Ensure compliance with EYLF and National Quality Standards, maintaining a high level of quality in our centre's operations.
Requirements
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards.
  • Australian Working Rights.
  • Great personal presentation and confidence in building relationships with families and the local community.
