As a casual educator, you will have the opportunity to work across various Affinity centres, each fostering its own vibrant community atmosphere. Each centre is guided by a dedicated Centre Manager, with support from an Assistant Centre Manager and a team of skilled educators.

Responsibilities

  • Assist educators in various rooms within the centre.
  • Engage positively with children, families, and fellow team members.
  • Support daily operations and practices of the centre.
  • Contribute to children's learning and documentation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent, or actively pursuing one).
  • Willingness to travel between different services and be available on short notice.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check or be prepared to obtain one.
  • Have prior experience in a long day care setting.
