We are seeking compassionate and patient individuals to provide quality care to elderly and disabled clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be willing to learn and work autonomously, and have a strong ability to build trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care to clients, including assistance with personal care, showering, grooming, dressing, and providing companionship.
  • Provide in-home respite and domestic support, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and activity groups using your own car.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak Khmer fluently.
  • Certificate III+ in Aged Care/Individual Support/Disability or nursing student.
  • Previous experience as a personal care worker/aged care worker/disability support worker.
  • Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/Police check.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination.
